We’re a Hong Kong company active in the design and production of POS materials (retail fixtures and displays) for the luxury industry. We’re searching for a dynamic and experienced personality to take up the position of：
Factory Manager – Stationed in Dongguan
Reporting to the group CEO your main duties will be in：
• Managing the whole manufacturing operations with 400 employees in two locations.
•Providing overall leadership including administration, production process, production scheduling / delivery, engineering, quality control, material planning, supplier management, outsourcing, etc.
•Managing work priorities, allocate resources for on-time delivery
• Executing factory manufacturing strategies in alignment with overall company strategies
• Continuous improvement of production efficiency
• Maintain regular communication and reporting with head office
• Responsible for the P&L of the factory
Requirements:
• Must have a proven track record of over 5 years in production / operations experience in wood furnishing and related industry
• Strong capabilities, leadership skills, communication and a high sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese (Mandarin), spoken and written
• Must be familiar with all aspects of manufacturing in China and be available to station in Dongguan permanently
